Dr Emma Sullivan is an Associate Lecturer in English Literature at the Open University, UK. She teaches a course on ‘Taking Comedy Seriously’ with The Brilliant Club (which organises university style tasters for secondary schools), and blogs on contemporary comedy at ‘Humour in the Arts’ https://humourinthearts.com.

Emma also writes journalism about comedy for The Skinny, a monthly Scottish arts newspaper.
