Paul Flanagan (PhD, MCouns, BTheol) is a senior lecturer in counsellor education and professional leader of counsellor education programmes at the University of Waikato, Aotearoa New Zealand, where narrative approaches to counselling and therapy have been the distinctive orientation taught in the Master of Counselling since the mid-1990s.
