Publisher’s note

This unfortunately will be the final issue of the Journal of Mega Infrastructure & Sustainable Development. The content (all back issues from Volume 1 through the current, last issue including a Special Issue supplementary publication) will continue to be available to the community beyond the publication of this final issue here: https://www.tandfonline.com/toc/rjmi20.

In the changing publishing landscape and marketplace, publishers, editors, and authors are all having to take difficult decisions about where and how they focus their attention. We at Taylor & Francis would like to place on record our deep and sincere thanks to Professors Harry T. Dimitriou, Brian G. Field and Nicholas Low whose idea and mission it was to start the journal, and Professors E. John Ward and Sophie Sturup plus Arend Janssen all of whom invaluably helped nurture and edit the journal since its launch. Likewise, we are grateful to the team of dedicated and professional editors, reviewers and editorial board members who have variously contributed to the Journal.

Finally, we would also like to thank you, the readers and authors from across the world, for your support and commitment to the Journal’s vision of creating a community around shared interests in mega infrastructure investment as an agent of change and its relationship with efforts to promote more sustainable development.
