The Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design Experience

Pages 43-54 | Published online: 25 Oct 2008

Abstract

A private institution, the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, educates artists, graphic and environmental designers. The successful blending of library technical requirements and visual concepts in art education demystifies the automation planning and implementation processes. This paper reviews the unique perspectives confronting an art school library and provides suggestions for other libraries facing similar challenges.
