Professional Problems and Solutions in the Managed Care Era

Pages 39-46 | Published online: 22 Oct 2008

Summary

Since World War II the scope of our professional services has grown. The sense of an expanding, increasingly recognized profession came to an end with the emerging dominance of managed care. Solutions are suggested.
