Journal overview

This journal has ceased (2018)

Journal of Organisational Transformation & Social Change is a peer-reviewed journal devoted to the big challenges facing social systems in our day and towards the future. The journal focuses on the development and transformation of organisations and societies, as they interact with their environments:

  • ecological
  • socio-political
  • economic
  • technological

Articles investigate structures and processes theoretically as well as empirically, on the way to better theory-building and in quest of deeper insights into the functioning of systems. Particularly welcome are trans-disciplinary contributions leveraging the interdependence and synthesis of different sciences, e.g. management, social and natural sciences.
