Human Resource Development International also commits itself to exploring the development of organisations and the life-long learning of people and their collectivity (organisation), their strategy and their policy, from all parts of the world. In this way Human Resource Development International will become a leading forum for debate and exploration of the interdisciplinary field of human resource development.
HRDI Perspectives
The Perspectives section is the non-peer reviewed section of HRDI. Publishing in the Perspectives section provides authors an avenue for communicating their novel research ideas, raising important issues related to HRD research and/or practice, and for starting theoretical debates. Perspectives articles could include:
We will also publish strong Perspective pieces based upon interviews with researchers or practitioners, provided that they offer a compelling insight into a specific HRD issue and have a strong international applicability.
Peer Review Policy
All articles in the peer-reviewed section have undergone anonymous double-anonymized review. All other articles have undergone strict editorial screening.
Authors can choose to publish gold open access in this journal.
