It provides a forum for the publication of high quality and original research across the field of retailing and distribution. The International Review of Retail, Distribution and Consumer Research adopts an international perspective that reflects the multi-national nature of the distribution sector and of the paradigm of its study. It is international in scope and content, and publishes articles of a conceptual, theoretical and empirical nature.

Peer Review Policy
All research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymized refereeing by at least two anonymous referees.

Authors can choose to publish gold open access in this journal.
